Box Office is open for booking by phone or in person 10am-6pm weekdays / 10am-4pm weekends (from 9am when there is a morning performance), and hours are extended when there is an evening performance. We always recommend advance booking.
Age Policy
Our family shows always have a minimum age: babies and children under the stated age are not allowed into the auditorium (except at Baby Friendly performances).
Baby Friendly performances (where all ages are admitted) are provided for many productions. These are intended for the convenience of families who have children of the recommended age and also have babies or younger children. The performance is not adapted. Babies under one are admitted free. Call Box Office to book (no online booking).
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) at all times.
Relaxed Performances
These are designed for children or adults who might find it difficult to sit quietly and still for an entire performance, or who are uncomfortable with sudden lighting changes or loud noises. Please note that minimum ages still apply. Call Box Office to book (no online booking).
Tickets
Child/concession prices are available for: children under 16, full-time students, Senior Citizens (60+), and those who are unwaged or registered disabled (free carer tickets available).
There is a 10% discount for groups of 10 or more (full price shows only).
There is a £1.50 transaction fee for all card payments made online, by phone or in person.
Tickets are held at the Box Office for collection.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Seating
Seating is unallocated, but we ask our audience to help ushers ensure that all children have a good view. We can reserve seats for audience members with access requirements – call the Box Office.
School Bookings
Tickets for schools, nurseries and educational groups are £6 per person, with one free adult for every 10 children. Schools may make provisional bookings, but once a booking is confirmed it cannot be cancelled and the invoice must be paid in full before the performance.
