Join us at Little Angel Studios for a session full of curiosity, discovery and play. February half term we are celebrating women and girls in science through an object-centred session which allows your little scientists to engage their senses and explore the world of STEM in a fun and creative way.

In this hour-long session, we will bring alive the stories of women and girls who have helped make history through music, storytelling and messy sensory play. Be prepared to help with science experiments, fuelling each child’s curiosity about the world, encouraging play and exploration through the senses. We use sustainable resources that are accessible and easy to recreate at home, enabling new forms of play for you and your child.

This workshop is for children aged 3 – 5 and parents who will complete the activity together. Children will need to be accompanied by adults for this workshop and must not be left unattended. Each adult and child needs their own ticket.

“Don’t let anyone rob you of your imagination, your creativity, or your curiosity. It’s your place in the world; it’s your life. Go on and do all you can with it, and make it the life you want to live.” – Mae Jemison, Engineer, Physician and Former NASA Astronaut “All sorts of things can happen when you’re open to new ideas and playing around with things.” – Stephanie Kwolek, Chemist
