Noise

A Welcome Project Digital Short commission by Timo Quartz in association with Little Angel Theatre

18th January 2024

‘Noise’ is a puppetry short film entirely made out of recycled materials that explores the early struggles of TCKs through the medium of instruments.

Reuben is 10 years old and his world is turned upside down when he and his mom suddenly move to a completely new country. Feeling like a fish out of water, Reuben withdraws and struggles in his new class where he doesn’t understand the language.

How will he overcome his new fears and homesickness?
