Reach for the Stars

Reach for the Stars
A Little Angel Theatre production for KS1 & KS2
Touring for 6 weeks from October – November 2025
Rocket into space with Nat as she overcomes her fears and strives to achieve her greatest ambition – to fly. Told through dazzling puppetry and inspired by the life of Mae Jemison, the first African American woman in space, this heart-warming story encourages us all to aim high and chase our dreams.
Celebrate Black History Month with Reach for the Stars!
This exciting 35-minute performance has already wowed schools across the UK – and now is going back on tour to schools, community centres and libraries across London this October.
Most of our theatre performances are created especially for schools or for specific community audiences. Because of this, they are not usually open-invite events.
However, we’re delighted to share that we have three, free public performances at Southwark Libraries coming up — and we would love to see you there! These are funded specifically by Southwark Council’s Black History Month 2025 funding, thank you for making this possible!
📍 Dulwich Library
📅 11th October at 2pm and 3.30pm
📍 Peckham Library
📅 18th October at 2pm and 3.30pm
📍 Camberwell Library
📅 25th October at 2pm and 3.30pm
Thank You:
Our Reach For The Stars 2025 tour is being made possible thanks to the generous support of Southwark Council, Islington Council and Central District Alliance.
Their contributions have enabled us to bring theatre directly into classrooms and community spaces, reaching audiences who might not otherwise have access to live performance. We are deeply grateful for their support in helping us share stories, spark imaginations, and build connections across our communities.
“The performance was outstanding and all our children were thoroughly engaged from the get go! They came away full of wonderful questions, brimming with inspiration and truly happy!”
