Be Brave – being brave isn’t about being a superhero, but sometimes we all need to be a little bit brave. Join us for this workshop where we will make a flying dragon puppet that will help us to learn that it’s okay to be scared sometimes.

Children and adults alike have the ability to feel and express a huge range of ideas and emotions. This fun series of craft workshops are designed for both children and their grownups to take part together and will help participants to have the tools to name, express and navigate our emotions! Each session will have a different focus that children and grown ups explore together and create a craft to take home. It’s more important than ever to look after our wellbeing – no matter what age we are. These sessions are a great way for children and their adults to bond and connect, and learn new ways of exploring, identifying and coping with emotions.

This activity is designed for children aged 4 – 8 together with their parents or carers. Children need to be accompanied by adults for this workshop and must not be left unattended. Each adult and child needs their own ticket.

Workshops are held at our Studios building on Sebbon Street, not at our Theatre building.
