Rosie Robin and the Christmas Post
23 Nov–05 Jan 2025
A Little Angel Theatre Production
Aimed at ages 2-5
Welcome to the post office! It’s the busiest time of the year! The letters and parcels are piling up high and Rosie Robin is working hard delivering the Christmas Post. But when a snowstorm sweeps through Clover Leaf Wood, the animals must come together to make sure all the mail arrives on time.
Blending puppetry, physical performance and song, this gentle, magical, heart-warming show tells the story of one tiny Robin determined that no one is forgotten this Christmas.
“A perfectly pitched delight that keeps its audience, adults included, rapt from start to finish.”

Age guidance
Rosie Robin and the Christmas Post is aimed at ages 2-5.
Our shows for this age group are lively but gentle, with simple stories and appealing characters. Small children are kept engaged with visual wonders and effective use of music and language.
Please note that Rosie Robin and the Christmas Post is a new production which premieres in November. It is still in development and this page will be updated as we know more about the specifics of the show.
This show has standard seating for our studios. There are rows with chairs and soft blocks facing the stage, and some mats on the floor at the front. There will be up to 70 people watching the show (sometimes more if you come when there are school groups).
This isn’t an interactive style of show, but we welcome vocal responses from young audiences. The audience stay in their seats while watching the show, but you can leave and re-enter the auditorium at any time.
All ages are welcome at our shows and age ranges can only be a rough guide, but please bear in mind that Rosie Robin and the Christmas Post was not specially designed for babies and toddlers. A show recommended from under age two would usually have more relaxed seating, smaller audience numbers and strong sensory and interactive elements.
This is a new production which premieres in November. A visual story for the show will be available soon after the show opens.
