Prepare to travel to the deepest depths and soar to the highest heights!

The show explores science with fun and accessible adventure stories. The team that brought you Science Adventures (2018) brings you a brand new show with completely new characters and three fantastic new stories aimed at primary school-aged children. Exploring renewable energy sources and fostering a love of science and literature.

This show was made possible thanks to kind support from The Arts Council England.

About the company

Coppice Theatre was founded in 2016 by a group of Cornwall based artists with the aim of providing professional theatre work for emerging practitioners across the theatre arts. They specialise in creating engaging, entertaining and accessible productions that showcase talent, new writing, design and new digital media. They are a collective of practitioners that work across multiple projects and collaborate with various Cornwall based companies. Their work is aimed at young audiences and they all share a love of great storytelling.

Age guidance

Science Adventures: The Power Pickle is aimed at ages 5-11 and explores scientific ideas in a way to engage this age group. Younger children may not follow everything and may get restless. There is some mild peril and the machine makes some loud noises.
